Deborah Perrin-Segura opened Debzart Salon and
Spa of Tulsa in 1995. A licensed Nail Technician since 1992, she
holds a Bachelor of Science degree from OSU, and has been an
education Ambassador for CND the past 12 years. She specializes
in Liquid and Powder, UV Gels, and Hand painted Nail Art.
Classes are also available to nail technicians. She travels the
globe sharing her passion for the Beauty Industry with other
nail technicians. Now she also shares it with you through her
